The generic term of “sawing” covers an immense variety of applications. Sander has picked small partial areas of this business to specialise in accordingly. The delivery range comprises simple roll saws as well as large paper roll saws and final trimming saws for the furniture industry. Width customisation of rolled goods by sawing is a common practice for various papers and some types of film. Here, the roll is cut to the desired working width without rewinding of the material. Large rolls with a length of up to 5 meters and a diameter of 1600 mm are customised directly at the paper manufacturer’s site for the subsequent machining processes.

In the area of final trimming saws for the furniture industry, Sander offers various cross-cut and/or mitre saws for skirting boards, crown profiles, ecc.
