Liability for content
In accordance with general law in accordance with s. 7, para. 1, German Telemedia Act (TMG), we can be held liable for our own content on these pages. We are, furthermore, in accordance with ss. 8-10 TMG, not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate indicators of illegal dealings.
Our obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general law shall remain unaffected by this. We can however only be held liable in this respect from the time at which we become aware of specific legal infractions. We undertake to remove illegal content as soon as we become aware of it.
