Turret winders
Our customised turret winders are designed for a wide range of materials, such as papers, films, textiles, non-wovens, etc., and adjusted to your specific application. They can be integrated into extrusion, printing, or coating lines with semi or fully automatic reel change for uninterrupted operation as unwinders and rewinders.

Robust welded steel structure made of profile tube with solid front panels and flanged ball-bearing supported ring

The winding shafts are mounted on bearings on one or both sides depending on the roll dimensions

Up to 300 m/min web speed possible, depending on material, when used as unwinder with “Flying Splice”

As a rewinder with semi- or fully automatic roll change systems for feeding with and without core preparation.

Adhesive-free winding of several cut single strips on cores is also possible.

Center winder design with safety chucks, shaftless with expansion chucks or with cantilevered winding shafts.
