Web storage

Our goods web accumulators are used where parts of the production line must be disconnected, e.g. for roll change at the unwinder or rewinder, without stopping the production line. The storage volume is calculated based on web speed and the required downtime, e.g. for a roll change. We offer various storage concepts to match our customers’ needs for any application.

Technical features:

• Robust welded steel structures made of profile tube

• Lifting movement pneumatic or motor-powered via spindle drive

• Roller combing in the bottom-most position for easy threading of the material web

• Storage volume up to 100 meters possible

• “Double loop storage” with double loop guides for twice the storage capacity at nearly the same size
